This page describes how SCI Ferrière, as data controller, processes your personal data on ferriere.site, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and French data-protection law.

Data we collect

The site only collects personal data when you fill in the contact form: name, email address, phone number (optional), type of project, intended dates and the content of your message.

No tracking cookies are set and no third-party analytics tools are used — which is why this site shows no cookie banner.

Purpose and legal basis

This data is used exclusively to answer your enquiry and follow up on it. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Recipients and processors

Enquiries sent through the form are technically processed by our hosting provider Netlify, Inc. (Netlify Forms), acting as a processor. Data may therefore be transferred to the United States under the standard contractual clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework to which Netlify adheres.

It is shared with no other third party and is never sold or used for advertising.

Retention

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and follow up on the business relationship, then deleted no later than 24 months after the last contact.

Your rights
