La Ferrière lends itself naturally to the camera: a family home kept in its original state, varied spaces within a controlled perimeter, and calm surroundings with no noise pollution or overlooking neighbours. The estate hosts film and television shoots, commercials and photo productions. Location scouting by appointment.

House rules
- Scouting by appointment, accompanied by a family representative.
- Joint inventory of fixtures before and after the shoot.
- Proof of production insurance required before any occupation.
- Respect for the premises: furniture and objects returned to their place, floor protection in circulation areas.
